# Coaches

Coaches provide task-specific guidance directly within relevant AcelleMail workflows:

* **Advisory only:** Coaches analyze the page and display tips in a slide-in panel. They never modify data or settings.
* **Manual application:** Review suggestions and apply them directly in standard AcelleMail screens.
* **Feature flags:** All four coaches ship disabled by default. Enable individual coaches under **RelyAI → Settings → Feature Flags**.

::: info Coach vs AI Assist pill

* **AI Coach (`relyweb-ai-coach-…`):** Requests advice from `/rui/ai/coach/{persona}`. Returns **HTTP 402** when AI plan credits are exhausted.
* **AI Assist pill (`relyweb-ai-pill`):** Triggers the action-executing agent. See [Agent tools](/relyai-acellemail/features/agent-tools).

## The four coaches

| Coach | Where it appears | What it suggests |
| --- | --- | --- |
| **Deliverability** | Sending, Deliverability, Reputation pages | DNS audit, likely bounce causes, warm-up path for a new domain or IP |
| **Segment** | Segment builder | Rules from a plain-language goal; critiques an existing segment and explains operators |
| **Campaign** | Campaign editor | Flags spam-trigger words, offers preheader patterns, suggests send-time windows, A/B-split math |
| **Form** | Forms / form builder | Suggests a field set for the intent, points out GDPR gaps, helps word a success message |

Coaches only analyze content and suggest improvements. They cannot modify campaigns, lists, or system settings.
